 Jaiswal Breaks The KL Rahul IPL Record!!!

As the IPL continues to show us a blockbuster of matches, some thrilling finishes, and some extraordinary chases. Yesterday's match between RR and KKR brings about another remarkable record-breaking match.


Yashasvi Jaiswal was a man of the moment as he broke the Fastest Fifty Record of IPL. He scored 98* from just 47 deliveries smashing the bowlers all around the park hitting 5 maximum and 12 boundaries in his fantastic knock.


He broke the record of the Fastest Fifty overlapping KL Rahul and Pat Cummins who both scored a Fifty in 14 deliveries.

Jaiswal begins the innings by smashing the KKR skipper Nitish Rana for 26 runs in his very first over of the innings hitting 2 sixes and 3 fours in the over. 
He scored 37 runs from just 9 balls at the end of 2nd before he accomplished his milestone in the 3rd, hitting 3 consecutive boundaries and a single against Shardul Thakur.
Jaiswal continue hitting after the powerplay and ended the match in just 13.1 over with 41 balls to spare & winning with the 2nd largest win by the margin (in balls) in IPL history.

Coming to the KKR batting, Venkatesh Iyer was the man scoring well-made 57 runs in the intense pressure match.
Other than him only Nitish Rana scored above 20 runs.


Coming to RR bowling, the ex-RCBian Chahal had incredible figures of 25/4 in 4 overs with an Economy of 6.20. He was supported by Trent Boult and Sandeep Sharma taking 2 and 1 wicket respectively.
After this win, RR is boosted up and is standing in 3rd position making his playoff chances stronger whereas the Chances of the playoff for the Knights have got a great heart-breaking strike at SRK's Team slipped to 7th position.
